Frequently Asked Questions
Climate Control Rental Solutions
We are a Rio Grande Valley-based equipment rental company specializing in portable AC units, commercial coolers, freezers, and ice machines. When your cooling or refrigeration equipment breaks down, we deliver, install, and start up a rental unit so your business keeps running without interruption.
We offer same-day and next-day delivery across the RGV. Standard delivery hours are 8AM–4PM. For urgent situations, our emergency delivery runs from 4PM–10PM — available 7 days a week with an additional emergency fee.
It depends on the size of your space. Our 1-ton and 1.5-ton units cover smaller offices and retail spaces and are the fastest to install. Our 3-ton and 5-ton units are built for larger warehouses and commercial floors but require additional external wiring. Call us and we’ll help you choose the right size — no guessing needed.
It’s simple. You call or request a quote, we recommend the right unit for your space, deliver it to your location, install and start it up, and pick it up when your rental period ends. You don’t have to touch anything — we handle everything from delivery to removal.
We rent week-by-week or monthly. Our pricing is transparent with discounts the longer you rent — Week 1 starts at $600, Week 2 at $550, Week 3 at $500, and continues dropping. Larger units and refrigeration equipment are priced separately. Call us for a custom quote based on your equipment and location.
We serve the entire Rio Grande Valley — including McAllen, Edinburg, Mission, Pharr, Weslaco, Harlingen, San Benito, Brownsville, and all surrounding communities. Not sure if we cover your location? Just call us at (956) 237-6867 and we’ll let you know right away.
